Frozen yoghurt bar with fruits and crunchy

Zutaten

  • 100 g greek yoghurt
  • 2 tsp agave syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

Topping

Zubereitung

  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Mix yoghurt, sweetener, vanilla extract, lemon juice and salt in a bowl.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray and top with berries and crunchy.
  • Put in the freezer for 2-3 hours, then take out and cut into pieces.
  • Store in the freezer and enjoy cool.
