Our crunchies are based on whole grain flakes made from oats, barley, spelt or wheat, which are gently baked. They are rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals. The energy store emptied overnight can therefore be optimally replenished with whole grains.
We still make our Crunchy by hand - just like you would at home, only on a larger scale. First, the ingredients are mixed into a dough, then spread on a large baking tray and then gently baked in the oven. After baking, the large resulting biscuit is broken into many small pieces.
When baking our crunchies, we focus on sustainability and deliberately avoid palm oil. Instead, we use high-quality sunflower oil. Why? The cultivation of palm oil has a serious impact on our environment and the CO2 emissions are also enormous.
