From sustainable agriculture
Natural sweetness from fruits only
A breakfast for every taste
With the power of plants
Optimal nutrient distribution
1 bowl of porridge gives you all the essential nutrients for the day
Already for breakfast, porridge supplies your body with all the important nutrients, is easily digestible and good for your immune system. The complex carbohydrates in wholemeal oats allow your blood sugar to rise slowly, which means you stay full longer and your cravings don't stand a chance. Whole grain oats also ensure a healthy digestion thanks to the fibre it contains. Thanks to the almonds, oatmeal is a great source of plant based protein and provides your muscles with the perfect amount of energy. The apples it contains also contain important vitamins and minerals. By the way, our porridge is prepared in only 3 minutes, without cooking.

Hot breakfast strengthens from within!
In contrast to cold breakfast, the body has to spend less energy on digesting warm dishes. This relieves your organism, strengthens your immune system and boosts your metabolism. Warm meals are also characterized by an increased bioavailability of the ingredients. This means that the nutrients contained can be absorbed better and faster.
The future belongs to recycling
We are convinced of this. After all, the aim must be to extend the life cycle of existing materials as much as possible so that fewer resources are needed to produce new materials. Frequently asked questions
How is it possible that your porridge without added sugar still contains 22g of sugar according to the nutrition table?
Our Porridge does not contain any added sugar and therefore contains only natural fructose from dates, diced apples and figs. This sugar content is shown in the nutritional value table. However, what is definitely not found in this porridge is refined sugar or other artificial or natural sweeteners.
Why is the Verival Porridge gluten-free and others are not?
Oats are gluten-free by nature, but are often contaminated with gluten-containing cereals during production - mainly in the mill. The Verival oats used in our Bircher Porridge are strictly separated from other cereals from the time of cultivation, harvesting, transport and processing and is therefore gluten-free. So you can enjoy our Bircher Porridge even if you have a gluten intolerance.
Why Porridge from Verival?
The Verival Porridges are made exclusively from high-quality natural ingredients in organic quality. A further advantage is the quick and uncomplicated preparation, because in only 3 minutes you will have conjured up a full, healthy breakfast on the table.
What ist the difference between Bircher Porridge and Bircher Muesli?
The original Bircher Muesli recipe from the doctor Bircher-Benner contained oat flakes, milk, water, grated apple and lemon juice and was eaten cold. Our Verival Bircher Porridge combines the advantages of the time-honoured Bircher muesli with the benefits of a warm breakfast.
What makes Bircher Porridge so healthy?
Bircher Porridge is characterised above all by its high fibre value, which promotes your digestion and keeps your blood sugar level constant. Porridge also contains important minerals, vitamins and proteins. By eating 50 g of porridge at breakfast alone, you cover 60% of your daily magnesium requirements and 30% of your vitamin B1 needs.
Where does the original Bircher recipe actually come from?
The recipe comes from Maximilian Oskar Bircher-Benner, who spread the Bircher muesli more than 120 years ago. During a hike in Switzerland, where he comes from, the doctor was served a muesli mixture that was already very similar to Bircher muesli. His enthusiasm was so great that in 1900 he created his own perfected mixture and thus the famous Bircher Muesli. From then on, doctor Bircher-Benner served this healthy breakfast daily to his patients as a healthy dietary meal.
What is part of the original Bircher Muesli?
The original Bircher Muesli is basically just oat flakes, milk and grated apple. Bircher-Benner originally advertised Bircher Muesli to its patients as a healthy dietary meal. We have reinterpreted the original recipe and developed our Verival Bircher Porridge from it.
