Porridge supplies your body with all the important nutrients at breakfast, is easily digestible and good for your immune system. The complex carbohydrates in wholemeal oats allow your blood sugar to rise slowly, which means you stay full longer and your cravings don't stand a chance. Whole grain oats also ensure a healthy digestion thanks to the fibre it contains. Blueberries also contain important antioxidants that protect you from free radicals and thus from disease. Important vitamins and minerals are also contained in the apples. By the way, our porridge is prepared in only 3 minutes, without cooking.

Gluten free coarsely ground wholegrain oats* 76,5%, apple cubes* 8%, sultanas* (sultanas* 99,5%, sunflower oil*), chopped and roasted almonds*, apple flakes* 3% (apple purée 40%*, rice flour*, apple juice concentrate* 20%), blueberry powder* 3%.
