The elemental power of old cereals
We like to try out new recipes - but when it comes to our grain varieties, we prefer to rely on the tried and tested: namely with our recultivation project for the preservation of old original grain varieties such as einkorn, emmer, spelt, rye and oats. In this way, we not only guarantee the highest quality, but also stand up for variety diversity and against yield-increasing cereal breeding measures.

We love the mountains, the morning and breakfast. We are at home in the idyllic small village of Langkampfen in the middle of the Tyrolean Alps and inspired by the power and beauty of the surrounding mountains, we produce our breakfast products here with great care and dedication.

Meet the owner
My name is Wolfgang Fojtl
and I am the owner of Verival.
To be able to feed 10 billion people healthily in the future, we need renewal. We now know that the food we eat every day, the way we produce it and the amount that is wasted have a huge impact on our health and on our environment. Agriculture occupies 40% of the global land area and food production is responsible for 30% of global greenhouse gas emissions. Food is thus the engine in the fight against the climate crisis and the way we eat will determine the success of this change.
