Zubereitung Müsli & Crunchy

Am besten mit frischen Früchte, Milch, Joghurt oder Topfen. Oder als Topping auf Creme- oder Eisdesserts.

Zubereitung Porridge

50 g Porridge (6 EL) in einer Schüssel mit ca. 130 ml (je nach gewünschter Sämigkeit) kochendem Wasser oder 90 ml heißer Milch übergießen, umrühren, 3 Minuten quellen lasen und warm genießen. "Overnight oats": Mit etwas mehr kaltem Wasser oder kalter Milch übergießen und über Nacht ziehen lassen.

Preparation of porridge

Put 50 g porridge (6 tbsp) in a bowl and pour over 130 ml boiling water or 90 ml hot milk (depending on the consistency desired). Stir, leave to soak for 3 minutes and enjoy warm. For “Overnight oats“: Add a bit more cold water or cold milk and leave to soak overnight.
