The gluten-free oatmeal porridge base is blended with a mix of bananas, dates, linseeds, maca powder and sunflower & pumpkin seed protein powder and cocoa. The Protein Porridge is prepared in only three minutes and provides an optimal energy supply in the morning and especially before doing sports. Because of the high proportion of protein and fibre it gives you lots of strength and energy. Oats are slowly broken down by the body, so the long-term energy supply during your sporting activity is guaranteed.

Put 50 g porridge (6 tbsp) in a bowl and pour over 130 ml boiling water or 90 ml hot milk (depending on the consistency desired). Stir, leave to soak for 3 minutes and enjoy warm. For “Overnight oats“: Add a bit more cold water or cold milk and leave to soak overnight.
