Crunchy, crispy muesli or even granola is available for purchase from Verival in many delicious varieties. The basis of our crunchies consists of baked oats, wheat, barley or spelt. To this we add selected ingredients such as dried or freeze-dried fruit, various nuts, honey or chocolate. Each Crunchy recipe is carefully thought out and composed according to nutritional and physiological aspects. Everything purely organic of course.

The Verival Organic Granola is produced in elaborate handwork in Tyrol. For baking, we use only sunflower oil to protect our environment. We are very careful when it comes to sweetening and only add a little honey or cane sugar where it is really necessary. Because also taste-wise we want to renounce with our Crunchies naturally on nothing. You can buy your granola Muesli simply with us. You want an extra portion of protein; in your granola? Crunchy, Muesli or Porridge?

Unlike the Muesli, Bircher Muesli or porridge, ingredients such as oats, wheat or spelt are not added raw to the Crunchy, but baked before processing. This makes the Crunchy crispy and gives it its biscuit-like taste, which is unbeatable for those who like it a little salty. The best way to combine your breakfast crunchy is with a little milk or yogurt. By the way, Verival also offers vegan crunchies - for the vegan version, simply add some plant drink or coconut yogurt. You can also mix the Crunchy with a müsli or porridge to give your breakfast a slight crunch.

As with all Verival breakfast products, you will also find a selection of lactose-free varieties among the Crunchies, such as the Organic Spelt Crunchy or our Organic Berry Crunchy. Unfortunately, we currently do not have a gluten-free granola mix in our assortment. But you can find gluten-free müsli and gluten-free porridge. Granola Origin

Crunchy granola is basically made of oatmeal, nuts, fruit and honey. You can also mix your crunchy granola with seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, dried fruits like raisins, cherries and other fruits and berries. There are no limits to your granola. Originally, granola comes from the USA and the ingredients are very similar to muesli. The difference with granola is the preparation.

Granola preparation - how to

With granola, the special thing is that the oatmeal is baked in the oil. In addition, honey, syrup (agave syrup, maple syrup) or applesauce which adds additional sweetness. Don't forget to add extra nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, etc.) to make your Granola Crunchy really crunchy. Be creative and try also various seeds (flaxseed, chia seeds), nuts seeds, some cinnamon and salt, dried grapes and more. At Verival you can also find countless granola recipes. 

After you have mixed all the ingredients for your granola muesli, you put the whole mass on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the mixture well on the baking sheet. Then put the baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) and let it bake for about 10 minutes. The granola preparation (baked oatmeal) is therefore super easy. After your crispy oatmeal has turned a crispy color, take the baking tray out of the oven. Let the crispy pastry cool down well. To enjoy, you can use yogurt, milk or milk alternatives, or eat without anything at all as a snack. For a healthy diet it is recommended to mix your healthy Granola Muesli additionally with fresh fruit and berries.

Tip für perfect crunchy muesli: Take the time and roast the oatmeal in a coated pan. You can also add very little oil, it is even better without oil. Then put the baked oatmeal in a bowl and mix in your favorite sweetener. You can use cane sugar, honey, coconut sugar, but also maple syrup or agave syrup. Store granola muesli properly

In order for your granola to stay crispy, you should store it absolutely airtight. We recommend an airtight glass container. Your crispy muesli should then be eaten within 2 weeks.
