How can I redeem an online voucher code?

To redeem a voucher, click on the checkbox next to the text "I have a voucher" in the checkout. Then enter your coupon code in the box labeled "Enter Voucher Code". After that, click on the button with the red arrow icon. Only if you click on the arrow button, the voucher value will be applied to your shopping cart.

Can I redeem multiple coupons or use multiple promotions in one order?

Our promotions and vouchers are usually designed in such a way that you can only use one discount per order. An accumulation of several discounts is therefore not possible.

Why should I open a customer account?

If you open an account, your billing and shipping information will be stored with us and you do not need to re-enter it with each purchase. The next time you visit our store, simply log in with your email address and password. You can also store additional addresses in your account, for example when you send orders to friends or relatives.

In your account you can view all your previous orders and repeat them with one click. In addition, you will also find a download option for the invoices for your actual and previous orders.

Products that are particularly close to your heart can be marked in the store. Your personal favorites will then appear in your customer account under the item "Wish list".

 

I would like to try Verival breakfast products

If you would like to try Verival breakfast products, you can find a range of products in convenient single-serving packs in the  main menu under “All products” – “Trial packs”.

 

 I have forgotten my password

 If you don't remember your password for the Verival online store, don't worry.
Go to the account overview page and click on the "Forgot your password" link in the box titled "I am already a customer".  After that you will be asked to enter your email address (the one you used to register in the store). You will then receive an email with a link. After clicking on this link you can create a new password.

 

I can not log in to the store

When logging into the store, I get the message "Customer data could not be assigned to a user" and I cannot log in. When trying to reset the password, the following message is communicated: "This email address is already registered ....". This happens if you have opened several customer accounts under the same email address.  Please contact customer service.

 

I have several products with the same price in my shopping cart, why don't I get a quantity discount?

The quantity discount will only be applied if you have at least two pieces of the same item in your shopping cart. If youhave two different products with the same price, the quantity discount cannot be applied.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a friend?

To send an order to someone else, proceed as follows:
As a new customer: when entering your customer information, check the the box named "The shipping address does not match the billing address" and fill in the fields for this different shipping address.
If you are already a customer, log in to the store. In the checkout, on the page “checkout/confirm" please select “Use another address”.

 

I have registered as a customer in the Austrian store, can I also store in the German, French, Italian or English store with my registration?

You can shop in all Verival online stores with your registration. Please note, however, that the respective stores have different delivery areas.

 

I heard about a sales promotion in the online store a few days ago. Now I want to buy a promotional product, but the promotion has already ended. Can I still get the product at the promotional price?

Unfortunately, our promotional prices are strictly limited to the promotional period. Therefore, after the end of a sales promotion, we can no longer sell the products at the promotional price.

 

I have just placed an online order but have not received an order confirmation?

The order confirmation will be sent to you by email immediately after you have successfully placed your order in the online store. Please also check the spam folder of your email program before contacting us by phone. 

 

Where can I find out about current sales promotions?

There are a few ways to do this. We always announce the current promotion on the home page of the online store. You can also subscribe to our email newsletter or follow us on Facebook to stay up to date on our current promotions.

 

I have received a coupon code that does not work.

Please check the following points:
Validity of the code: all promotional codes have a certain lifespan. Check if your code is still within this validity period, or maybe it has already expired.

Spelling - often there is a mistake when entering a code. Please pay attention to the upper and/or lower case of the code, exactly as it appears in the information from which you take the code. Sometimes similar letters or numbers are mixed up (e.g. the capital O with a zero). If possible, copy and paste the code.

After entering your code in the field provided for this purpose in the checkout, you must click the arrow button. Only then the system will apply the code to the existing shopping cart.

Can I pay on account in the Verival online store?

The purchase on account is possible if you choose the payment method "prepayment". In this case we will send you our bank details and we will wait for your payment before delivering the goods.

If you are a Klarna user, you can also choose the payment method "Invoice (via Klarna)". In this case you will receive the invoice from Klarna and also pay to Klarna. You have up to 30 days to do this. We will send you the ordered goods immediately after your order. 

You can also pay with credit card, Paypal, Amazon Pay or Sofortüberweisung.

 

How do I get an invoice for my order?

We will send you an email message with the invoice when the ordered goods are handed over to the postal service and leave our factory.

If you have opened a customer account in the Verival Shop, you will find an option to download the invoices for your orders as PDF files under "Orders".

 

Can I use the Verival Online Shop as a business customer?

To use the Verival Online Shop as a business customer, please go to our business customer portal and register there. Please have your sales tax identification number ready.

To register for Austria, please go to https://b2b.verival.at.

To register for Germany or other EU countries, please go to https://b2b.verival.de.

We will activate you as a business customer after your registration.

If you want to change your existing customer account in the consumer portal to a customer account in the business customer portal, please contact us.

In the Business Customer Portal, all Verival products are priced at net prices and are offered as carton goods (i.e. the minimum order quantity is one carton with, for example, 6, 10, 12 etc. products).
