Simone's 3 Favourite Breakfast Hotspots in Eindhoven

Simone is a nutritionist living in the heart of Eindhoven, the fifth biggest city of the Netherlands, and an ambassador for #VerivalBreakfastDay on September 3rd.

While usually posting recipes and culinary stories on her blog food foodquotes.nl this time she shares her 3 favorite breakfast spots with Verival’s community. Even though theoretically possible, the fact that Eindhoven is also called “City of Light” is not so much related to them than to the electronic brand Philips, which was founded here and made Eindhoven the capital of Dutch Design. Today it’s the tasty creations served in the old factory buildings that make breakfast fans beam with happiness.
