Fitness Breakfast with the Verival Sport Range

Whether you are a professional athlete or an ambitious amateur, the Verival Sport Range offers products with an increased protein and fiber content for all those looking for an active start into the summer. Especially at hot temperatures we should be careful to provide our body with the right nutrients that give us energy all day long.

The product line contains a balanced blend of native plant proteins. It is therefore vegan, lactose-free and soy-free. It is characterized by high quality ingredients and a low amount of sugar. Furthermore, the products are either high in protein or a healthy protein source. The Sport Range currently consists of four products:

Sport Porridge Chocolate-Banana

Gluten free oats with a mix of bananas, dates, linseed, maca powder, sunflower & pumpkin seed protein powder finished off with chocolate made in Austria with 70% cocoa content. Ensures optimal energy supply in the morning and creates ideal conditions for every kind of endurance training.

You can prepare the porridge the day before or prepare it in the morning in just three minutes and eat it warm. Here you can find out what advantages a warm breakfast also has in summer.

Grain Free Sport Muesli Almond-Fig

A mix of sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, coconut chips, linseed and sesame, finished offwith apple cubes, figs and red currants.

Enables a low-carb start into the day and supports a balanced diet.

Sport Muesli Strawberry-Sour Cherry

A delicious blend of wholegrain oat flakes, teff crispies (small-seeded millet), coconut chips, cashew nuts, puffed amaranth, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and cornflakes, finished off with fruity dates, strawberries and sour cherry pieces.

It is designed to help you on the road to achieving your personal stamina goals and ensures prolonged energy delivery.

Breakfast Shake Strawberry-Blackberry

Vegan protein breakfast drink with a delicious fruity strawberry flavour. A combination of rice and almond drink powder with a blend of sunflower seed protein, pumpkin seed protein and hemp seeds.

Creates ideal conditions for muscle development, enhanced performance and fast post-sport recovery.

Recipe ideas

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This is mainly due to the fact that our energy stores are not replenished during sleep and are therefore almost empty in the morning. We first have to fill them with a nutritious breakfast. Breakfast should consist of a balanced mix of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. This way it supplies energy and stimulates the metabolism.

Breakfast Shakes

If you need a quick breakfast in the morning or if you prefer to have your breakfast on the go, the Breakfast Shake is perfect for you. Simply mix the powder with milk or a plant drink of your choice, add any fresh fruit you like and enjoy.

For a refreshing fitness breakfast in the hot summer months, you can also add ice cubes. We’ve tried two different shakes, which you can vary according to your taste. The best thing to do first is to choose your base (e.g. milk, oat drink, coconut water) and let yourself be inspired by seasonal fruits.

Here are two examples of how you can refine your breakfast drink:

Cereal bars with porridge or muesli

We would like to introduce two simple and quick recipes for cereal bars. We used our
Verival Sport Muesli Almond Fig and our Verival Sport Porridge Chocolate Banana to create a fruity and a chocolaty version.

If you prepare the bars on the weekend, you’ll be ready for a stressful week. The bars are a great fitness breakfast or the perfect snack in between, for example if you want to do sports after work.

Here are our recipes for 8 cereal/breakfast bars each:
